At Playa del Sol we specialize in cleaning vacation rental properties for owners. We work for individual owners who own suites and rent them out for long term tenants or short term vacation stays. After your guest departs we can clean the suite, wash all the linens and stock the suite with soap and paper products for the next guest. We can even meet your new guests as they arrive at Playa del Sol and show them around the building and check them into your suite.
Our check out cleaning service and check in service have a set flat fee so there's never any surprises and you can easily calculate your seasonal expenses and profits. Our move out cleaning service is charged hourly and we are happy view your suite and call you with a quote.
We provide this complimentary set of shampoo,
conditoner, body wash and hand soap for each new guest.
In addition to our cleaning services we also offer several products for sale that you may need to purchase to keep your suite up to hotel standard. We have amazingly low prices and can have almost anything delivered to your suite within 24hrs! There's no deliver fee or hidden costs, just super low prices for hotel quality products and linens.
