How much will it cost to have my house cleaned?
The first visit to your home will be a longer deep clean and then we can maintain your home with shorter visits with a weeky or biweekly shedule. There's no obligation or contracts to sign.
Do I have to commit to regular scheduled cleaning service?
Absolutly not. We are happy to provide a one time cleaning visit. Some home owners book cleaning appointments randomly when they need a little extra help.
What's are the perks of having regular sheduled maid service?
- We will assign a head maid to your home so you always recieve consistant service with a person you know and are comfortable with.
- We provide Quality Assurance Checks. Our management team visit job sites to inspect the cleaning and ensure the work is done properly.
- We are flexible if you need to change your appointments for special events, travel or work.
- Easy billing with automatic credit card payments and email invoices.
How much does a move out clean cost?
We prefer to give a quote for a move out clean in person. We can come to the property and see what you'd like us to clean and give you a quote on the spot. Most move out cleans cost between $200 to $300.
Regular scheduled maid service:
$65 per hour for a team of 2 cleaners with a minimum or 2 hours
Move out cleaning service:
$70 per hour for a team of two cleaners with a minimum or 2 hours
Our fee includes all cleaning products and tools. We supply a fresh set of microfiber cleaning cloths for every home and a fresh mop head.
We stand behind our work and guarantee satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our work we will return to the property and make any corrections for free. You must phone the day of the service and we will return as soon as possible to make any corrections.
